Quick and easy Buddha bowl

Hi everyone,
Today I would like to share with you one of my favourite dinners! It is this lovely Buddha bowl (in my case, it is more a buddha plate but whatever). This dinner is super quick, simple and healthy! If you want to know how to make this delicious dish then keep reading! 🌱 🍛
The ingredients that you will need are:
  • 120g of drained Chick Peas
  • Half of the avocado
  • Mixed Leafs salad 
  • 65g of quinoa
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Seasoning: Salt, Pepper, Tumeric, Oregano and Chilli Flakes
  • A little bit of olive oil

The first thing you want to do is to preheat the oven and you want to toss the chickpeas with olive oil, oregano, chilli flakes, turmeric and you can add paprika too! Then you just put it on the tray and put in the oven for about 20-25 minutes! 

After this, you can start cooking your quinoa! Follow the instruction on your packing and don't forget to rinse it before you start cooking as it gets rid of the bitterness. 

When everything is nice and cooked you can start creating your Buddha bowl! Add half of the avocado, spring it with pepper and salt, add mixed leafs salad, tomatoes, chickpeas and quinoa and woalaa .. amazing dinner healthy dinner that takes less than 30 minutes!
