Easy Quick And Delicious Lotus Biscoff Truffles Recipe

Hello friends,
Today I want to share with you this easy, quick and delicious Lotus Biscoff Truffles Recipe 🥰 I stumbled across a similar recipe on TikTok. However, it was not vegan friendly, and I also didn't have half of the ingredients, so I adjusted it, and it turned out so well.  Even my non-vegan boyfriend loved it! I made around 6 Lotus Biscoff Truffles from this batch but you can, of course, make more and adjust the ingredients accordingly! Did I also mentioned that you need only need four ingredients?! But enough talking and let's make these easy and delicious Lotus Biscoff Truffles.

Lotus Biscoff Truffles Ingredients 

So the four magic ingredients for Lotus Biscoff Truffles are:
  • 40g Lotus Biscoff Spread
  • 60g Mcvities Digestive Biscuits
  • 15g Dairy Free Butter
  • 1 chocolate bar (I used Fellow Creatures  Creamy Milkless organic vegan chocolate)

Recipe Instructions

The instructions are super easy and straightforward. Start with crushing 60g Mcvities Digestive Biscuits. You can substitute these Lotus Biscoff biscuits for even better flavour, but I sadly didn't have any at home. Once you finely crushed the biscuits add them to a bowl and then melt 40g Lotus Biscoff spread - again add more if you want more intense flavour and pour into your bowl.

Don't forget to melt 15g butter and add that to your bowl too. Now it's time for the fun part - combining everything together! 


I think the best way to combine everything is to use your hands. You will need to roll small balls from the dough anyway so you can't avoid your hands getting a bit "dirty"! But trust me, it is so worthy for these Lotus Biscoff Truffles!

I managed to do six small to medium balls from this batch, but again, feel free to make more! I did six because I did more I would've just eaten all of them in one sitting! Once you have your balls ready, melt your chocolate. I melted my chocolate in a microwave on small intervals - 45 seconds all together I believe, but I stopped after every 15 seconds to make sure the chocolate is melting slowly and steady - we don't want our chocolate to get burnt!

The final step is to cover your delicious Lotus Biscoff Truffles in chocolate and pop them in the fridge for roughly 45-60 minutes to let them set. After that, make yourself a cup of coffee or tea and enjoy these vegan-friendly easy, quick and delicious  Lotus Biscoff Truffles!!
